 Have I ever talked about how much I adore the city I live in? Charlottesville is a small city that is surrounded by picturesque mountains and is the home of the University of Virginia. The architecture of the school is drop dead gorgeous. Thomas Jefferson founded the school and the brick buildings are said to be very "Jeffersonian". I drive by the Rotunda on a daily basis, and I never miss the chance to glance at it's beauty. If you've never been to Charlottesville, I highly recommend visiting! There is the perfect blend of college town mixed with old southern culture. New wineries and breweries pop up almost weekly and the outdoor scene is tough to beat!In any case, David and I took a walk around UVA Grounds this weekend and snapped a few pictures of one of my favorite dresses this summer. David and Finn actually bought me this ruffle dress for Mother's Day, and I've had it on rotation since! (It's currently on major sale so make sure to take advantage! There's plenty of summer left!) These strappy sandals are knock-offs of a more popular brand but a quarter of the price! Target truly does knock offs the best :)I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I have had a tough time getting the motivation to curate content for my little corner of the internet recently and I always miss it when I do! I sat down with David this weekend and we came up with a plan on how to create great content for this site and have time for everything else!
